The ZMAF intelligent modular hybrid filter compensation device consists of dynamic passive filter module and active filter (compensation) module, which jointly undertake the tasks of reactive power compensation and harmonic control. Both active and passive parts are controlled by the same controller. The passive part consists of several groups of monotone branches, which dynamically adjust reactive power and suppress characteristic subharmonic current. Active filter module can eliminate harmonics dynamically and take account of reactive power compensation.

Real-time Detection for Dynamic Compensation

Real-time detection of harmonic current, through instantaneous current tracking control, which can automatically track the harmonic change of load with a high controllability and fast response.


Safety and Reliability

The filtering performance is not affected by system impedance. Resonance prediction control can effectively prevent capacitance attenuation and avoid resonance risk. It can be adjusted dynamically in single phase to improve load imbalance, restrain system oscillation and improve system stability. Passive branch can use zero-crossing switching.


Easy to Maintain

Single cabinet integrates active and passive modules, active modules are seamlessly parallel, with capacity free to choose, arbitrary expansion, easy maintenance.


Complete Protections

With perfect protections , features like overvoltage, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overheat protection and comprehensive control protection, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the device without equipment overload.


Smart Control

Integrated control and unit integration, the whole equipment adopts an intelligent control unit to control the real-time filtering of the active filter module and the automatic switching of the passive compensation module.
